Free SeniorFest Event this Saturday, June 8th

Our neighboring neighborhood council, NANDC is hosting SeniorFest.  This free event is for the energetic and ageless (those 55 and older and taking place this Saturday, June 8 from 10am-2pm. This is an ability for the senior citizens in our community to learn, engage, ask questions and more about topics that effect them every day. 

Comedian Kente Scott will be at the event for a special performance!

Some of the topics we will address:

• Wellness & Mobility
• Financial literacy
• Healthy eating
• Estate planning
• Emergency Preparedness
• Caring for the Caregiver
• Senior Scams & Prevention
• Trader Joe's products and food
• and much more!

Admission fee is one recipe, so please bring one with you. The recipe must be written on a card or paper.  You are welcome to bring more than one, but every body must have one for admission.
