I agree and permit National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter and its properties to use photos of me in connection with various promotional materials prepared on behalf of the Headshots and Handshakes event. By registering to attend or speak at National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter event, I agree to receive emails from the organization.
I hereby authorize National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter and those acting on its behalf, to record my participation, image, and appearance on videotape, audiotape, film, photography, or any other medium, including dissemination through social media based channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. I also authorize them to:
- Use my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical material in connection with these recordings and/or images.
- Exhibit or distribute, and modify such recordings and/or images in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any educational or promotional purpose that National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter and those acting pursuant to its authority may deem appropriate.
- Edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit or otherwise use any recording or transcription of my testimonial, a portion of my testimonial, or words of similar effect, in any form chosen by National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter, with or without attribution to me, and to include my name, image, and biographical material at National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter's sole discretion.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs/video or sound recordings, script, or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with them. All photographs/video recordings shall be the sole property of National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter.
I agree that National Black MBA Association – Los Angeles Chapter is not required to seek my approval before using my photo, whether in its original or a modified format.
