Voices Neighborhood Council

The Annual Latina Conference "Mujeres Empowered for Success" in LA City Council District 9, is a day of empowerment, advocacy, networking and entertainment. The free event features motivational speakers, informational discussions, as well as a job and resource fair on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at EXPO Center in South LA. 

Ingrid Guevara, our Parliamentarian will be speaking on the "Paving the Pathyway to Economic Mobility" from 9:30am - 10:15am.
