The 311 Call Center connects people to general City information and a wide variety of City services. Report trash, bulky item pick-up, illegal dumping, potholes, graffiti, street lighting and other City service requests for FREE! The call center is open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
