ELIGIBILITY:Single family homes and apartment buildings built before 1978. Prioritizing properties that have a pregnant woman living in the property or a child from newborn to age 5 living in the property or frequently visiting. Properties MUST have qualified low income renters/owners (if owner occupied). Property MUST NOT be sold for three (3) years after the remediation
