Eric Chavez

Born in Los Angeles to immigrant parents who came from Unión de Tula, Jalisco, Mexico.  I am an entrepreneur and founder of CAREBF Inc., (“Chavez & Associates Real Estate Brokerage Firm”), also now known as eXp Commercial Realty of CAREBF Inc.  My inspiration to be an entrepreneur came from my parents who owned a few businesses here in Los Angeles.  Upon graduating high school, I enlisted the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged on January 8, 2006, and I then began a career in commercial real estate after serving.  For over 17 years I worked as a commercial real estate broker, builder, trainer, speaker who has helped small business owners who are leasing their space to owning their space and then help them to start investing into real estate. I now have a strong desire to get involve and serve my community.

Hobbies and interests:  reading, self-improvement education, family.
